All shipments in Armenia arrive within 3 days, international shipping may take up to 45 calendar days.

For shipments within Armenia, the delivery service will wait 15 minutes for your decision and we will ship the item back free of charge. Otherwise for all orders we have 14 days return period from the date of receiving the item.

Payment for the products shall be made by Visa, Mastercard. If the preferred method of payment is by invoice, invoices are due and payable within the time period agreed, for which you need to agree with us, sending an email to info@othermood.com. In Armenia you may pay cash at delivery.

Promotion codes have different time periods of validity and are applicable for purchase of any product available on the website. To determine the validity period, please refer to the document which contains the promotion code. Exchanges or reimbursements of promotion codes are non-permissible. OTHER MOOD cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or non-authorized uses of promotion codes. OTHER MOOD reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the promotion code. After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.
